Who I Help

Who I Help

I work with adolescents and adults navigating complex psychological challenges - whether you are managing depression, chronic anxiety, the impact of trauma, or difficult life transitions. Together, we will work collaboratively to make sense of your experiences, move beyond merely coping, and build a more authentic, grounded life.

My clinical framework integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with mind-body and attachment-informed approaches. This allows us to address your current symptoms through practical behavioural tools, regulate how stress impacts your nervous system physically, and understand the core relational patterns shaping your emotional experiences.

Education & Clinical Training

Education & Clinical Training

I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at North-West University. My formal clinical training includes an internship at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital, followed by community service at Tshwane District Hospital.

I have clinical experience working with a variety of conditions, including:

  • Mood Disorders (Depression and Bipolar Disorder)

  • Anxiety and Panic Disorders

  • PTSD and Trauma

  • Postpartum Conditions

  • Schizophrenia and Psychotic Disorders

  • Suicidal Ideation and Self-harm

Adulthood often brings complex, layered challenges that can leave you feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from the life you want to live. Therapy provides a dedicated, confidential time to step away from your daily responsibilities and focus entirely on your own healing.

In our sessions, we can safely explore and work through:

  • Chronic anxiety, daily overwhelm, and severe burnout.

  • Unresolved trauma, PTSD, and emotional wounds from the past.

  • Relationship difficulties, boundary setting, and deep-rooted attachment patterns.

  • Grief, profound loss, and major life transitions (like career changes or divorce).

Clear clinical guidance

Therapy is a collaborative journey, and the most important factor is that you feel safe, respected, and comfortable with the person sitting across from you. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted, please know that you do not have to figure it out alone.
